Why Counselling is a good option:
Most of us at some point in our lives have issues , traumas or anxieties that affect the way we feel and function.
For a number of reasons it is not always easy to share problems with those people that are close to us.
This is where professional counselling can be so beneficial.
How it works:
Once you make an appointment , we will discuss your needs and issues and work together to tailor a plan to help you resolve your issues.
As a psychotherapist , my approach is to use a combination of proven therapeutic methods such as Cognitive behaviour therapy , psychodynamic therapy or solution based therapy.
For some people their issues will concern the present , for others the issues can be deeper and concern the past.
